Lots of good memories on G+. Sad to see it coming to an end. Let’s see what the gaming community on MeWe looks like.

What's your favorite one-shot Halloween module for DCC? I want to run something Halloween themed for friends and am interested in recommendations. Thanks!

Forgive me if this has already been posted...I found these on Etsy and thought some here might be interested.

North Texas RPG Con is upon us once again. By this time tomorrow I'll be in the Dallas, TX area ready to roll some dice and reconnect with my tribe.

My schedule thus far:

1pm - Three Rivers Throwdown (DCC RPG) run by Michael Bolam
7pm - Ostend and Beyond (D&D 5e) run by Stephen R. Marsh

1pm - Dark Trails RPG playtest run by David Baity
7pm - Pirate Outpost (Star Frontiers) run by Kevin Watson

9am - The Sea Queen Escapes! (DCC RPG) run by Jonathan Perkel

I'm ready to nerd out for a few days! Who else is going?

I'm considering pre-ordering Invisible Sun and have a question that I can't find an answer to. Maybe someone here would know?

There were five hardcover books included as stretch goals during the KS campaign. Are any of these included in the pre-order? I assume they are not included, and that's fine, but will they be available for sale? I just want to make sure I'll be able purchase all the game books at some point before I pre-order the game.

The books I'm talking about are:

Book M
Secrets of the Silent Streets
The Threshold
The Nightshade

Question for folks that have played and/or judged this game: How well do the new armor rules (UGM pages 98-100) play at the table? My initial impression is that they might be overly complicated and possibly bog down combat but I realize my perception may change once I get more familiar and play/judge a couple of sessions.

I'm 132 pages into a cover to cover read through of the UGM and am enjoying the heck out of it so far. This is an awesome gaming resource and I can't wait to run some games once I get more familiar with the material.

Are there any 'official' or fan-made maps of Umerica and/or the Citadel of Scrap floating around anywhere?

BTW, I waited to get my POD copy in before reading this and at about 50 pages into it so far I'm very impressed with this book!

Well crap....looks like the Jack Kirby's Kamandi Omnibus release has been postponed or cancelled. It was originally supposed to ship next month. A quick Google search turned up some internet chatter with some saying it was postponed and some that is was cancelled but I didn't see anything definitive. Anyone in this community read anything about it?
