I bought a bike from Legend 5 years ago, and it has held up superbly despite my heavy usage. They allow you to pump your tires for free at any time and the service is polite, quick and awesome. They also will explain to you how to use the mechanisms, how to keep them functioning well, and how to fix easy things if you ask. It may be a little pricey for some, but I am really thankful for Legend.

Legend has a very helpful, knowledgeable staff, and good prices. They have done quick, reasonably priced repairs for me, sometimes on the spot so I didn't have to return. They have also helped me select parts needed for doing my own repair, taken the time to give me a pointer about how to do the repair, and been conscientious about my out-of-pocket expense. I am happy to continue to give Legend my business. I have been positively impressed with them.

People who know and like bicycles work here. They have developed a map of bike routes in Providence - that says it for me.

I read the other reviews and was a little nervous, but I found it to be a good store, that was open and even a bit family oriented. They have a range of products, and did have an urban hipster leaning, it didn't overwhelm me because they seem like they can cater to other types of bikers. I got quick help for a tire replacement, and got good advice. The mechanic was encouraging to use there gauged pump (I have a hand pump) and said just stop by and fill it any time (instead of being secretive about it so I'd maybe by a $50 pump.) I could have gotten a more patient mechanic with basic questions, but all and all good. Prices reasonable too. Good location for me, check it out.

The service is great and the staff us nice and helpful. I don't know what else could I ask from them, but out its always a pleasure to go and inflate my tires on their free stationary pump our ask for help with anything. They have always been very kind and supportive.
