Introduction
Stephen Del Percio, B.Eng, J.D., is a nationally recognized lecturer, author, and practitioner in all facets of construction and real estate law as they relate to building performance, alternative energy, and green building. His practice is dedicated to construction and real estate-related transactions and litigation specifically within the realms of commercial, public, and heavy civil construction contracts; traditional and sustainable land use, real estate, and environmental law; commercial office leasing; project finance and workouts; risk management and insurance; ad hoc project support and dispute avoidance; and alternative dispute resolution. He currently serves as in-house counsel for one of the world's largest engineering, construction, and technical services companies.
