Education proceed the motivation.

I just looked back into my notes from the seminars I've done and I saw how many really practical idea and advises I shared with audience.

So, why is education and investing in yourself so important:
- give you the ability for personal development
- You get the skills and know-how for instance in communication and leadership
- You obtain 3S: self esteem, self respect and self confidence
- You learn how to rid of bad habits by replacing with good one
- Give you the straight and knowledge how to set the goals and achieve the goals and
- You get the MOTIVATION and ENTHUSIASM for action!!

FEEL THE MANAGER, THINK THE MANAGER, BE THE MANAGER

Management isn't wander around the company, issuing orders and looking cool. It’s important what goes on in the background – the work being done where no one sees it.

Real Leaders are always improving and raising their bar on how superbly they can perform and how quickly they can move (Jean Giraudoux) from The Leader who had no title.

I’d like to write about the some fundamental instruments and tools of management. I think that all managers know that if you want to be top (not just good or great) manager you have to be ruthlessly efficient, focused, hard-working and brilliant organized.

Richard Branson (in Like a Virgin) put the accent that the manager must have the acute psychological know-how to smoothly organize a large group of people and handle the pressures of an ongoing venture.

If you want to know if you are a top manager just think of that 10 listed skills:
- Keep learning
- Constantly add new value
- Be creative and innovative
- Listen ideas from others and enjoy yourself – Lead by listening
- Create a fantastic atmosphere
- Encourage people and get the best resources from your team
- Have clear expectations
- Be proactive and consistent
- See the wood and the trees
- Be flexible and ready to move on

In this context Robin Sharma wrote: To be a Great Leader, First Become a Great Person and quoted Mark Twain: IF EVERYONE WAS SATISFIED WITH THEMSELVES, THERE WOULD BE NO HEROES.

In conclusion, I’d like to say that if you want to be a great person and a great manager feel, think and be as a manager. As Oprah once said: ‘’You don’t become what you want, you become what you believe.’’
