Reading my Bible today from John 16 - as part of my current reading plan in Glo - "All this I have told you so that you will not go astray. . ."

I find this an intense message for todays world:

3 They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me.

Incredible.

John is a great Book. More attention should be given to it by theology. Discipline is present in John.

Unheard Stories of Christian Persecution in Pakistan: Aamir’s Story

In the wake of Sunday's suicide bombing attack on a Christian church in Pakistan, there remain many unheard stories of daily persecution in Pakistan. For example, a young Christian named Aamir was run over by a motorbike when his evangelizing gained the attention of his Muslim classmates. Despite this brutal attack, Aamir said he would continue to share stories from the Bible with his classmates and even wants to start a small group. We need more Christian leaders like Aamir, who despite the intense persecution he has faced, is willing to openly share his faith.

To learn more about Aamir and kids like him who face Christian persecution, download our FREE October newsletter: http://ow.ly/pgUZK

Praise the Lord! 3,400 Christians Rescued from Persecution in Sudan

Barnabas Fund has announced that it has successfully rescued another 3,400 Christians who were facing increasing levels of persecution in Sudan. Since the country divided, Sudan has become more hostile towards Christians. Because of border tensions, Christians in Sudan have been unable to flee to South Sudan, leaving many of them to live in shanty towns surrounding Sudan's capital Khartoum. How long until all of these persecuted Christians are rescued?

John 14:6
Introduction

Hey everyone - I'm Steve and I'm a Christian with a love for Apple Macs, first person gaming (FPS) and photography. When I'm not out shooting landscapes with the camera I'm shooting zombies in Killing Floor, Rage + Left 4 Dead ;-)

-

Jesus Christ is the only way - - John 14:6

-

As a Christian, I've an ironic love for black + death metal bands like Amon Amarth. Plus I'm a conservative too. Oh yeah!  I make no excuses like those twisted liberals & I'm certainly not 'pc'. "Just be cool to all your neighbours", I think that's how it goes.. ;^) - Mark 12:31

For my photography, I use a Canon 20D SLR and all my processing all done in Aperture 3 and Photoshop Elements 9. Check out my links to flickr + 500px ..

I come from a 30+ year background of computers that includes the wonderful Sinclair ZX Spectrum - Atari ST - Atari STe - Atari TT - Atari Falcon and various gaming consoles such as the Atari Jaguar and Sega Dreamcast. Now, I'm in love with my Apple Mac - I use a 27" iMac which is absolutely outstanding! For my mobile needs it's the iPhone 4 for the moment … those Droid phones are tempting though but I'm not interested in the stupid flaming wars I see on this site. Get a life..

I have an interest also in history and especially English, American and European architecture. Ghost towns of American and the churches / castles of England are a main focus.

I also enjoy driving both a Chevy and my Ford plus watching the speed screams of NASCAR, monster trucks and all stock car racing.

There ya' go . . . Happy Google+ 'ing!

I deliberatly drove an alternative route just to try out this new style of Little Chef and I wasn't disappointed. Gorgeous food, as I expected. Just dead normal dining!! But with excellent service and I really enjoyed it. Great diner and I'll be going back on Friday this week also :)

Lovely diner, as always. Great food and great service - love their coffee too. Pancakes are to die for and you just GOTTA try the Chilli Dog or Godfather Burger. The new menu is brilliant. Hand on heart, I cannot complain about Little Chef. It's nothing like it once was a few years ago. Love it and I'll go again (and again!). No, I don't work for Little Chef LOL
