Crystal was my salesperson and she did an excellent job. She gave me her real thoughts about pricing, features, etc. She was super informative and basically let me ask every question and allowed me space to negotiate. You really do get what you pay for though with a Subaru! I've been driving my car for only 3 days now, but I love it and I have no regrets. She definitely gave her input and talked to me about her own experience of having a car and family and what made sense or what might be a waste of money (and savings for me). I appreciated the balance between honesty and trying to do her job well. I felt she was on my side in the process. The interesting part is that dealers often try to not let you leave without at least pushing you a lot to buy or lease. I was the one who said I wanted to buy (maybe I gave the impression I wasn't going to buy that day). Well, I did, and I'm glad that I felt I was making my own decisions in the process. I love that I'm in my first car, that it's new, and that I actually really love it. The dealership also is located near food (you know you need it to not get a headache), has refreshments, wifi and ipads for use. If I ever need a newer car/upgrade, I know I can go back and get something good. All it took on my end was a lot of research and homework before and I think everyone respected the fact that it wasn't easy to trick me into anything just because I knew too much about the buying process as a first time and young car buyer. Crystal Careau was very knowledgeable, really responsive, and she helped me find the right car (and the right deal) for me. I enjoyed working with her and would recommend her highly. She was friendly and personable. She was quick to answer all my emails, didn't pressure me, and emphasized that she would continue to answer any questions after the sale. It was my first time buying a new car and Crystal made it easy.

I just drove away from Burlington Subaru with my new 2015 XV Crosstrek, and was much more happy with my car-buying experience than I expected to be. I only buy a car about once every 15 years, so I am inclined to be suspicious of the process, but Crystal was great to work with: no pressure, showed me (and later my husband and me) the Crosstrek in detail; and helped us compare it with the Outback and Forester. She spent all the time we needed across 3 evenings to answer our questions and do all the paperwork to complete our trade-in and sale. I researched the final price of the Crosstrek with others, and I feel like we got a decent price. Why only 4 stars? Not because of Crystal; but perfection is hard to come by, and I think Burlington Subaru might have given us a bit more for our trade-in; and the dealership is getting cramped in its present location.

I had a great experience at Burlington Subaru. Bought an XV Crosstrek. I worked with Beth, she responded to my website inquiry quickly, was very knowledgeable about the whole process and I was out the door in my new vehicle in a little over an hour! Even helped set up the Bluetooth in my new car to sync with my phone. I was very surprised how quick the whole 'process' was. I never felt pressured to buy any of the extra warranties, which was nice. Thanks Burlington Subaru!

My last car was an '02 Subaru Outback that I bought from a family member, and, while I loved it, when I learned it had a major engine failure after owning it for only a year, it was time to upgrade. I had heard good things about Burlington Subaru, so I went there first. I knew I wanted either an XV Crosstrek or another Outback. Michael K. was patient and knowledgeable and helped me decide which car would be better for my lifestyle--on a budget with two dogs. He helped me build a lease plan that worked, and it was an awesome decision. Very happy with all of the service I received, and all of the people I met. "Grr" will be going in for her 5,000-mile checkup soon, and we look forward to a long partnership with Burlington Subaru.

I just went to Burlington Subaru last week to get my car looked at, and they were very unfriendly, and were very rude to my fiancé on the phone. When he called to speak with them they hung up on him after answering. They also told me that I needed to replace my head gaskets on my Subaru impreza with only 95,000 miles on it! I went to three other garages for other opinions and they ALL told me that they did not need to be replaced at all! Burlington Subaru quoted me almost $3,000 dollars to get what I needed fixed and told me I would not be able to sell my car in the condition it is in for a very high price. They also told me I needed a new timing belt, rear wheel barring and sway bar links and I didn't need any of those things either. My total for repairs at a reliable garage in my area was $75! I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone! They are simply trying to suck money out of their customers and are very unreliable! I will NOT be returning ever again! Terrible experience!

I visited Burlington Subaru recently because I purchased a new vehicle there two years ago which was unfortunately totaled recently. In the past 2 years I have been extremely satisfied with the service the staff has provided to me, and the quality engineering of my Impreza. This recent experience was no different. Crystal Careau is an absolute pleasure to work with! I had a lot of questions, and Crystal answered all of them with patience and ease. Despite some issues with availability of the vehicles I saw on the website, Crystal was able to find the right car for me at a great price. I could not be happier. She is very professional and makes the buying process easy. I would recommend Burlington Subaru, and especially Crystal's expertise in Sales, whether you already know what you want or if you need expert guidance finding the right car for you.
