I have consigned 3 Louis Vuitton bags with her and each one I needed to chase Karma Couture to get a check from them- Dec. 2014, Jan 2015 I sold her 2 LV's, the first check I had to email and remind her, got it 10 days later, the 2nd check I requested still has not arrived! over 2 months ago! I have called and emailed several times and Sarah the owner refuses to answer my calls and emails! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am ready to file a small claims suit next! I would NEVER do business there agian and would highly recommend you seek else where to consign your things! POOR POOR BUSINESS SKILLS!!!!! the Owner obvsiously does not care that word of mouth travels fast in this small state!

STAY AWAY! Terrible experience all around. Sent items to be sold. Took them 2 weeks to "process" and get it into sales. Have requested inventory reports and checks every month and have only gotten 1 check for a fraction of what they owe. Cannot get in touch with a human, have left numerous voice and emails. They close the store for vacation and you must wait for them to return. Now three days after they said they would be back, they still take no calls and have old message on answering system. My attorney is getting involved and I'll be filing in small claims court. This is NOT a good business-stay away!

The phone customer service rep is a little snippy and rude. Honestly, I am new to consignment so I did not intuitively know that they would not accept returns. So that is my fault, however, she did not have to be soooo rude. I don't appreciate being talked down to. In all fairness this is the story: - I ordered from their Ebay store and when I received the item it was not what I thought it was. I called and said it was my mistake and they offered to give me a credit. Which they usually don't for Ebay purchases. So that was really nice and fair. - I then used that credit to purchase a dress from the site store not Ebay. But it did not fit so I shipped it back. This is when I got the phone call lecturing me about how they do not EVER accept returns and that was standard with Consignment Stores. - She said they could re-consign the item (which I may get back 50% of what I paid but, absolutely NO returns). I am not familiar with the Consignment process so I asked her to explain and that is when she took this very rude and impatient tone. She said "It is ALL OVER THE WEBSITE that we do not ever accept returns and that is the standard in consignment." I said ok fine just ship it back. -Then she called back telling me I needed to pay for shipping, which is fine. I then said when you say "No Returns" is ALL OVER THE WEBSITE " -where is it? It is not at the bottom of the site or the top of the page. It IS under the customer service tab or in other fine print areas and it is NOT in the checkout area. She then said “I disagree I think it is very clear and besides that is just how consignment works. I am sorry you are upset but, this is our policy." I am not upset they would not accept the return. I am upset that she was rude and talked down to me.

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MERCHANDISE TO PUT ON CONSIGNMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL IT AND THEN KEEP THE MONEY! I AM NOT KIDDING, IT JUST HAPPENED TO ME AND MANY OTHERS. WE FILED POLICE REPORTS WITH THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, WJAR TUEN-TO-TEN INVESTIGATIVE UNIT, AS WELL AS WPRI INVESTIGATIVE UNIT ALSO. THESE PEOPLE ARE PRACTICING FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES WHICH IS IN VIOLATION OF RHODE ISLAND LAW. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF.

I am a serial consignment shopper and speak from experience when I say that this shop blows every other store I've been into out of the water. An absolute must for consignment shoppers! A lot of places call themselves "high end" but this shop has the inventory to back up the claim. Every piece is more beautiful than the last and the shop itself is gorgeous. The prices are right and the staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars!
