This place is a nightmare ! I've never met thieves like this. Consignment shops share the profits with the store AND th provider who brought in the goods.. these guys do wrong to th people that keep them in business. Do NOT buy a thing . IF U SELL ANYTHING TO THESE FOLKS. GET EVERYTHING IN LEGAL WRITING. HAVE A VOICE RECORDER WITH YOU... ANYTHING TO PROTECT YOURSELF AND TO FURTHER HELP TAKE THIS BUSINESS DOWN WHEN THEY CONTINUE TO DO SHADY SALES! Better off with eBay or lighting ur accessories on fire (ull save money on gas)

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MERCHANDISE TO PUT ON CONSIGNMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL SELL IT AND THEN KEEP THE MONEY! I AM NOT KIDDING, IT JUST HAPPENED TO ME AND MANY OTHERS. WE FILED POLICE REPORTS WITH THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT, THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, WJAR TUEN-TO-TEN INVESTIGATIVE UNIT, AS WELL AS WPRI INVESTIGATIVE UNIT ALSO. THESE PEOPLE ARE PRACTICING FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES WHICH IS IN VIOLATION OF RHODE ISLAND LAW. CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS ON THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WEBSITE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. SANDRA PICARD OF 6 MANOR DR., COVENTRY, RI IS THE OWNER OF THIS STORE AND SHE DOES SUCH A GOOD JOB OF STEALING PEOPLE'S MONEY THAT THEY PUT HER BUSINESS IN THE RI MONTHLY MAGAZINE. STAY AWAY! Terrible experience all around. Sent items to be sold. Took them 2 weeks to "process" and get it into sales. Have requested inventory reports and checks every month and have only gotten 1 check for a fraction of what they owe. Cannot get in touch with a human, have left numerous voice and emails. They close the store for vacation and you must wait for them to return. Now three days after they said they would be back, they still take no calls and have old message on answering system. My attorney is getting involved and I'll be filing in small claims court. This is NOT a good business-stay away!

These scammers are getting away with highway ROBBERY! I am still going through various avenues to get a check from these deadbeats. If they cannot afford to pay me my $78 for a dress that sold in FEBRUARY, then I feel badly for those of you who are owed more. Obviously they are taking our money & going on vacations with it. I have put complaints in with the A.G.'s, E.G. Chamber of Commerce, E.G.P.D., Channel 12 news (soon I will add Channel 10), the BBB I will be doing today, and Yelp, TOO! STEER CLEAR. I only wish I had read these before I put my Michael Hoban leather on consignment. Shame on me for this. I am in the process of filing a small claims suit for $360. I won't allow this to happen. This is my $. They already made their $78, and I want mine now. DO NOT GO TO THIS CONSIGNMENT SHOP! FYI - Sarah Kirinsky a/k/a Zink a/k/a Sink - is working at Kate Spade NY in Mashantucket. She is probably scheming with grifter mother on how they can rip off the store.

I have consigned 3 Louis Vuitton bags with her and each one I needed to chase Karma Couture to get a check from them- Dec. 2014, Jan 2015 I sold her 2 LV's, the first check I had to email and remind her, got it 10 days later, the 2nd check I requested still has not arrived! over 2 months ago! I have called and emailed several times and Sarah the owner refuses to answer my calls and emails! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am ready to file a small claims suit next! I would NEVER do business there agian and would highly recommend you seek else where to consign your things! POOR POOR BUSINESS SKILLS!!!!! the Owner obvsiously does not care that word of mouth travels fast in this small state!

They also have not paid me the money from the MANY items that I consigned there! After mentioning that I was going to seek legal actions, I did receive a call back stating that " I must have not understood the check payment time frames" and my check for January would be in the mail at the end of March...March came and went...so I waited until April 10th to call and leave a message...I was then greeted with a message stating that "we are on vacation"...really nice! How can one go on vacation and neglect to pay the people, who trusted you to sell their items...if it was not for us and our items, you would not have money to go on vacation with!!

The phone customer service rep is a little snippy and rude. Honestly, I am new to consignment so I did not intuitively know that they would not accept returns. So that is my fault, however, she did not have to be soooo rude. I don't appreciate being talked down to. In all fairness this is the story: - I ordered from their Ebay store and when I received the item it was not what I thought it was. I called and said it was my mistake and they offered to give me a credit. Which they usually don't for Ebay purchases. So that was really nice and fair. - I then used that credit to purchase a dress from the site store not Ebay. But it did not fit so I shipped it back. This is when I got the phone call lecturing me about how they do not EVER accept returns and that was standard with Consignment Stores. - She said they could re-consign the item (which I may get back 50% of what I paid but, absolutely NO returns). I am not familiar with the Consignment process so I asked her to explain and that is when she took this very rude and impatient tone. She said "It is ALL OVER THE WEBSITE that we do not ever accept returns and that is the standard in consignment." I said ok fine just ship it back. -Then she called back telling me I needed to pay for shipping, which is fine. I then said when you say "No Returns" is ALL OVER THE WEBSITE " -where is it? It is not at the bottom of the site or the top of the page. It IS under the customer service tab or in other fine print areas and it is NOT in the checkout area. She then said “I disagree I think it is very clear and besides that is just how consignment works. I am sorry you are upset but, this is our policy." I am not upset they would not accept the return. I am upset that she was rude and talked down to me.
