After a comprehensive evaluation, Dr. Schilling will work with patients to make the appropriate decision for each specific situation. He is directly involved with both the patient and any family members in deciding the course of treatment and recovery. 

Dr. Schilling is dedicated and focused to his practice and continued education. He has completed research on topics including clavicle fixation methods and prolotherapy treatment for tendinopathy.

He is part of alumni organizations and has extensive experience. Dr. Schilling has given numerous presentations, courses and conferences over the years. He is also a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Schilling is board certified in Orthopaedic Surgery, is a candidate member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and Resident Member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Schilling’s specialized training enables him to treat a variety of upper extremity conditions including nerve injuries, tendon repairs, carpal tunnel syndrome, Dupuytren's contracture, and arthritis.
