Great People! They Really Cater to the customer. I enjoy shooting here every time! I love It when I can be comfortable and respected and not talked down to at a shop and range.

I took my 15 year old to Top Gun on Monday night, since we knew nothing and they were very busy as it is ladies day on Monday's so it was half priced, a very nice gentleman named Rick, made time to help us! We had the best time, but kept having to get him for help, and he had no problem every time we went to get him, even the other customers were really nice and informative! (My name is Carol and I'm on my Son's account, btw.) I will be a regular there and I'm planning to take the class to get my license to carry, it's a one day course for 8 hours, My son and I finally have something we can share as a family! Thank you Rick and Top Gun! If you plan to go there make sure you take your ear protection, it gets very loud being an indoor range, and you are required to wear them along with safety glasses! 5 star all the way!

Rude, Rude, Rude....If you like good service avoid this place. I work very close to this place and go occasionally to purchase surefire batteries. Every time I go there I am reminded how terrible their staff is. They are way beyond rude; hey are down-right ignorant. I hope they will go out of business soon so a company can take over their building with better staff. If you need any shooting supplies try Black Woods in Desoto or Southern Armory in Crestwood. Many of my friends feel the same way about Top Gun and they have recommended those places to me. If you work for top gun...Im sorry to hear that..if you want to contact me I will give you an ear full....The place is just crap.

Facilities are top notch, but the service could be better. Not always the friendliest. Many times they seem to really not want to help you and firearm prices are higher than other places around the area.

Haven't been by Top Gun in a while because I moved farther away but have gone back twice in the past weeks and they have been great and helpful even when the range was packed. Would recommend anyone to go by there for pistol target shooting or when it's too cold out for the outdoor ranges.

I purchased a Glock under the blue label program for military and police. They sold me the gun and when trying to pick it up they scanned my wife's mil ID and insisted they scan mine. The photocopying of a military identification card or a common access card is illegal under Title 18, U.S. Code Part 1, Chapter 33, Section 701. This is a criminal violation and offenders could face fines and imprisonment. I refused and after WAY too much debate they agreed to hand over the firearm if I just showed them my ID (like every other gun dealer in America). Finally it's background check time, much to my surprise, I was delayed. The serviceman was kind enough to let me know it was probably because my military affiliation....Or the fact that I refused to let them scan my ID unnecessarily. I wonder what they do with all those CAC scans... Still waiting to be called to pick up the firearm and its been 5 days.

I have previously visited this location to take a look around. when the gun shop i normally went to was closed i decided to stop to see what they had and BUY a new pistol. Went in and looked at the selection and kind of tossed around what they had and what i might like. before i even had the first gun in my hand they are asking me if i want to take home. really? might want to see it first maybe hold it!! so i continued to look and asked a few questions and received very sarcastic and short remarks. i am not a novice when it comes to firearms but, when its new to me i feel i should be informed by my salesman. There was a lack of interest to help me and when it came down to it the gun i wanted to buy they had. i had the cash in my pocket to buy it. i also was considering a buying a 22lr while i was there . Due to the lack of interest from the salesman and predetermined notion that i wasn't a buyer they lost 2 sales. i went to a competitor and purchased a new 9mm pistol and 22lr rifle. there loss my gain. lesson learned( forgive the spelling and etiquette i just woke up)

One word to the staff at Top Gun... "SMILE". This store has the worst customer service of any retail store I have ever been in. I frequent the range often and it is a very nice set up, but don't dare try to engage any of the staff with a question. They are beyond RUDE. I went in to spend a cool $1,000 on a new pistol and felt like I was intruding or bothering the sales staff. I have heard this complaint from a number of people who will no longer shop there. I am done as well. It is too bad really. Their prices are a little on the high side but they have a decent selection. You can go there, but don't expect them to treat you like a "valued" customer...
