Hi all,

GroovySparql 0.6 is now released and as of 24 hours ago, available in Maven Central!   You can now do "@Grab('com.github.albaker:GroovySparql0.6')" and all the other usual suspects.  I'll be incrementally adding examples and such to the Github repo wiki, showcasing some of the cool things you can do with it to automatically pull in data from Linked Data sources.

Grails plugin is now also in progress.

Request for Feedback: Groovy SPARQL

Hi All,

There's been an uptake in interest in the Groovy SPARQL library, and i'd like to solicit any feedback on the API, and offer it up as a potential Groovy module.  Similar to Groovy Sql's "Sql.newInstance()", "eachRow..', etc - Groovy SPARQL does the same thing but for SPARQL datasources - i.e. Linked Data and the Semantic Web.  In many ways, this lets you start to tap into all the linked data sets out there within a Groovy application.  A Grails plugin is soon to follow.

Source is here: https://github.com/AlBaker/GroovySparql

Thanks,
Al
