Tuna Salad Wrap
It seems like I'm always in need of a quick dinner. Sure, I have some frozen meals to dump into the slow cooker but I haven't been able to find anything I REALLY like (although I did find something I REALLY didn't like). Maybe I'm just not a fan of slow coo...

Speedy Beefy Red Pepper Pasta Sauce
I love the texture of browned ground beef, but I don't always like to brown it. I hate frying things sometimes because of the oil splatters and I don't like cleaning all the oil out of the sieve to drain out all the fat from ground meat! Lazy? Yeah I guess ...

Quick Kimchi
Maangchi  is definitely my go-to blog for whenever I want to make any Korean foods. Kimchi is always at home. I love the stuff and it goes with almost every Asian food as a nice side dish. Traditionally it'll take forever but I'm lazy so I use her emergency...

French Onion Spinach Dip
It's a cheat, but it's my go to dip. It's simple and it goes well with chips and sourdough bread. It's awesome for parties. :D It might be better if you use your own French onion spice mix but I don't make this enough or use French onion spices enough to va...

Easy Lo Mein
So it has occurred to me that I've never posted a Lo Mein recipe here. WTF?!!??? It's one of those things that I like to make as a quick snack. Mind you, it almost always turns into a meal just by adding some veg and some leftover (roasted) meat. My mom alw...

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread
Rarely do we have bananas that are ripe enough for banana bread these days but it does happen once in a while. I've been craving peanut butter and/or wanting to put peanut butter in everything lately so I figured I'd put some peanut butter in the banana bre...

Baked Blueberry Cinnamon Croissant French Toast
I bought all these little micro croissants cuz I just really wanted some. I had a feeling I'd have leftovers and wouldn't know what to do with them and man was I right. Luckily I have some guests over so they can be guinea pigs for this dish. I had consider...
