My experience at Liberty was a good one. My sales person (Al Consiglio) was the best part of the experience as he was quite responsive via phone and email. Al was also incredibly friendly and in no way pushy which is very important to me. He helped me think through the mileage I needed and was knowledgable about the features of the vehicle. At a broader perspective, there were times the interactions between the (apparent) sales managers and sales people were less than professional. During my first visit, which was late on a Monday, a small round of yelling between employees broke out which was unpleasant to listen to. This was likely the natural push and pull between manager and sales person as they find a price they can agree to, but the conversation should have gone unnoticed to the customer. Otherwise, the overall experience was enjoyable. I'm loving my 14' Malibu. Hope this helps!

Very happy with the custom t-shirt the team at UGP helped me create for the Part-Time MBA Association at UofM. They even provided a graphic artist to create the design for no additional charge. Love UGP!

Was very pleased with the work done by Amistee Duct Cleaning. I am so used to service people and contractors walking through my home with their shoes on and rushing to get the job done. The Amistee team was the exact opposite as they answered all of my questions and left my home the way they found it. And now the air in my home is much cleaner. How refreshing.
