The minor condition is not a problem for the healthy person. It arises for some time. Such periods should arise necessarily. The person cannot and should not live in a major condition always.
Depression is one of illnesses of a rational civilisation. Depression works in a cycle. We cannot struggle with a minor condition in favour of switching of the person in a major condition. Both cycles are not healthy. We should teach to live the person in a condition of balance of a minor and a major. The person in a condition of healthy balance creates irrational relations between a minor and a major. We should look at this balance from the point of view of culture. We should create this balance by means of culture. We should support this balance by means of culture. We should teach the person to culture rules.
The culture is an irrational phenomenon. The science investigates rational relations. She offers rational decisions for irrational problems. Such decisions lead to rational cycles. Depression is an example such cycle.
I see possibility for radical increase in authority of culture. The science becomes a culture fragment.

ABOUT VALUE OF IRRATIONAL DECISIONS
I have found invariant of a continuum in the form of a kernel of strict irrational mathematics. I solved the problem in a practical way – by means of experiments – by method of selecting the master key.
I do not see problems with detection of the decision of an irrational task by others scientists. Entropy of scientific knowledge grows with the big speed presently. Scientists will receive this decision in immediate prospects without dependence from me.
I see problems round the decision. The publication of the decision does not solve a problem of a path to the result – on the part of opponents – with the subsequent comprehension and application of irrational philosophy as the base platform. I see barriers at terminology level already. Possibility of the strict decision of an irrational task transforms irrational decision in reasonable decision – in the part of the right irrational decisions.

THE METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEM OF THE RATIONAL SCIENCE

Scientists form group of some phenomena, define laws for this group, build a theory on their basis. The theory turns out to be one of many.
Continuums are different. Continuums arise from relations. Space and time forms depend on forms of these relations. The Theory of Relativity formulates some laws for continuums with isotropic and homogeneous properties, for example. Laws of continuums with anisotropic and non-uniform properties will be others. The axiomatic participates in generation of laws. The axiomatic becomes sophisticated in sophisticated conditions. Laws become sophisticated, following for the axiomatic.
Various groups of phenomena allow finding out various laws. Laws in one group of phenomena differ from laws in other group of phenomena.
We try to combine laws of various groups in the general system, and we find out impossibility of their combination within the limits of system; we find out contradictions between local laws even. We see a particle and a wave, for example. We cannot make a tree from the branches.
We have contradictions between conditions of tasks. A diversity of independent continuums is big. We can form of them not only group of allies with the general laws, but groups of opponents with laws that are opposite in some sense also.
The sum of conditions of local tasks with the formation of a complex task (particle + wave, for example) deprives of us possibility of revealing of local laws. Each of laws arises from the mainstay system. The mainstay system arises in the course of an exception other mainstays.
Efficiency of rationalization consists is in this. We use rationalization for an exception of contradictions from the task conditions. We use rationalization for a choice of the mainstay system, which synthesize laws. Reality is not rational only.
