My name is Dustin and I'm the manager at A Better Tint. I'm very concerned about the experience you had with our company, and I can assure you that your review is the first I've heard of it. We pride ourselves not only on providing a great product, but also on keeping our customers happy. I've attempted to contact you at the telephone number we have in our records, but I have been unable to reach you. If bubbles remain in your tint after the 2-3 week curing process, we will replace that tint without hesitation. The damage to your door panels is a highly unusual occurrence for our shop, but that being said, if we damage something we own it.
