Prestige Portraits runs a real scam like operation when it comes to Boston College senior portraits. They take the portraits in one sitting but then sell them to you TWICE. Here's how: the initial package offering has all the photos except those in a cap and gown. THEN, closer to graduation they hit you up with ANOTHER package you'd need to buy if you want the pictures in the cap and gown, which of course you didn't know exited until you received those second set of prints. This is an extremely poor practice that takes advantage of both the student and parent.

Had Mike and his team trim large trees and they did a very good job at a fair price. Mike returned my call for an estimate in a day and was on-site doing the work within two-weeks. Job was complete within a number of hours including clean up. Would definitely hire Hufnagel Tree Service again.

Stayed here twice, both times had issues with the room which were not promptly resolved. Desk staff seemed like they couldn't care less. First time room missing sheets on one bed. Next time we were assigned a room with just 1 bed for 3 people! Clerk told us to call Priceline if we had a complaint but our son still has to sleep on the floor. Plus the "free breakfast" wasn't worth much. Poor quality food, cold watery oatmeal, yuck!

After shopping at several dealers, we knew which car we wanted and had a pretty good idea what it should cost. As a final check, we contacted Lester Glenn, a dealership 45 minutes from our home, and spoke with manager Ron Garguilo. Unlike many other dealers who forced us to visit them and go through a ridiculous negotiation process where the salesperson goes round and round with a phantom manager, we were able to have an intelligent telephone conversation with Ron that resulted a prompt agreement, upon which we drove to the dealership and drove home with a new vehicle, delivered exactly as promised. While this was a very positive experience, upon getting the vehicle home we discovered that the spare tire was missing. One to call to Ron, however, resulted in his promise to make it right and we were able to pick up the missing tire a week later when our new plates came in. All in all, we were very satisfied and impressed with the car buying experience and would recommend Ron and Mike. Consumers should ALWAYS do their homework when making such a major purchase, and in this case, that would include visiting other dealers. But before you buy however, I'd call Ron and Mike and give them the opportunity to quote you. Based on our experience, you won't be disappointed.
