Only one employee, the cook, running the whole restaurant. Others had apparently gone on break. They were gone for hours! My order was completely wrong. I was brought a completely different dish. I ordered chicken and he brought me steak. My father's shrimp fajitas were burnt and my mothers dish was messed up. I blame the owner for running a poor business, yes the the cook messed it all up but I saw him trying, waiting other tables and the bar! The experience was terrible!

Coming from South Texas I'm used to tasting authentic Mexican food. This restaurant was too expensive first of all. The food was ok it needs a little more seasonings. I'd say the WoRst was the tamale I had. It looked as if they ran out of meat filling but had Tons of masa left over because thats what I got. A 2 inch masa Thick tamale with a thin line of filling. I've never seen anyone make them like that in my entire life. Won't be going back

I ordered the Tacos Al Carbon it was terrible. I ended up having to order something else. The only thing that was good was the chips with salsa and beans. Not sure if I'll go again

I've eaten at my share of Mexican restaurants. Authentic ones, fast food ones, chain ones, etc. I have NEVER had food as good as they served us tonight at Jalisco. I ordered some enchiladas and they were so tasty I didn't want to stop eating them. My granddaughter ordered a beef taco. The meat was so delicious. I would love to know what spices they used because it so incredibly good. My husband had a burrito and it was as delicious as the rest. We started off with queso dip and that too was delectable. Refried beans were yummy as was the spanish rice. All in all I can't wait to go back. If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!!

A friend recommended this restaurant, and I've wanted to eat here for months. Finally did today. I was disappointed. The dining area was about 60 degrees F. My server had on a parka. The food was hot but bland. I ordered pork carnitas. It tasted like someone poured OJ on the pork just before serving. Nothing unique about what I ordered and I cannot recommend this place.

This place was terrible. The food was not cheap, the margaritas were mainly water and the waitstaff is incompetent. My wife was splashed with sauce when the waiter put the plate down; he said nothing. I've never stiffed anyone on a tip until I went here. The food was bland, tepid and hastily prepared. They even managed to screw up the chips and salsa (watery salsa, limp, stale chips). In what I assume is a concession to that, the salsa and chips were not refilled. With what we paid I would have been better off spending $12 at Taco Bell and setting fire to the remaining $30. So, in summation, this place sucks. I hope they go out of business soon.
