Does anybody know what kind of squash this is? Orange skin and flesh, shaped like butternut but only 4-5 inches in length and skin is not tan like butternut. Originally started green with yellow streaks prior to turning orange.

4 trays of Thyme in the dehydrator to enjoy in my cooking throughout the year. I have so much that I am thinking some of my foodie friends will get some as x-mas gifts. Yum!
