Very happy patient sent a pic of his family after hiking up Mt. Washington. We helped take care of him and his son. "Thanks for getting me back on track. We made it up and down in like 7 hours. Thanks to your office and staff." We love seeing our folks smile and get their lives back. What a huge privilege it is to do this everyday.

You may not be aware, but there were some updated blood pressure guidelines/recommendations released recently. Here's a concise, informative article from Harvard about these new changes. Here's a nice column from the Cleveland Clinic on 8 aches and pains you shouldn't ignore and conversely, some that aren't a big deal.
