I have translated this lyric monologue in Greek language so that more people in Greece will connect to this beautiful work of Hector Berlioz. After all, Cleopatra was Greek, so, speaking Greek is actually kind of cool :-) The spoken texts are taken out of W. Shakespeare's play "Antony and Cleopatra" in order to extend the plot and also the length of the performance (which originally lasts only 20-22 min). More performances of this version will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece at the Odeon of the Ancient Roman Forum, under a full moon.
