To help strengthen your hand and grip there are several exercises you can do at home. Below is an example of one of the stretches you can do.

👉 Put your hand (palm down) on a flat surface. Slowly straighten your fingers so they are flat against the surface. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds and then release. You can repeat this several times with each hand.
