+Eduardo Cepeda Google Drive only supports MIMEtypes for export, meaning it has to be a formal file type which has a MIMEtype supported by Drive. I link to what those MIMEtypes are in this SO answer: http://stackoverflow.com/a/38406284/305689

To better answer your question, your best bet would be to ask Drive for a CSV export then post-process with the csv module (http://docs.python.org/library/csv) and change to your desired delimiter. Good luck!
