STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company is a scam and you can get your tickets and hotels for cheaper going directly to the event website. They state they have 4 star hotels that end up being Highway trucking hotels. They also advertise that you are getting specials with tickets you buy and the "specials" are normally included in normal tickets and NO additional charge. Don't expect to ever get any refund or help from them in correcting anything that is wrong. Their terms and conditions (the small print) is iron clad to your disadvantage, no matter what may seem right or fair. They do not care about customer service.

Buyer beware of this company. Do your research on this company before booking. Google them to see all complaints before. I should have done this in the beginning. I placed an order with this company for three tickets to a show in Branson MO.(1 adult, 2 children). When we arrived, only one ticket was showing as being placed. The theater contacted the seller and were unable to reach them for resolution. The theater staff were helpful in providing folding chairs to the event, but we had to be seated in the back of the theater at the very top next to the control booth. We were unable to view the show from this vantage, and ended up leaving the show. When I contacted the seller the next day, they said they would not refund or provide another set of tickets as the theater allowed entry to the show. Upon further investigation, this company (the seller) has numerous complaints against them for similar issues. I requested one of two things, either a refund or another set of tickets to the show and Vacations Made Easy refused.
