The Impact of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act will be a game changer for the Commercial Re Roofing Sector. Per new Tax Cuts and Jobs Act qualifying Commercial Re Roofs can now be fully written off against gains taxes the year they are installed. Previously they were on a 39 Year Depreciation Schedule.

Millennial Median Wage (average income annually) Map of The United States of America. By: +Business Insider

I was born in 1971. So much happened that year: USA Dollar Devalued 8.57%
President Nixon announced 90-day freeze on wages, prices, and rent.
Nixon administration announced the lifting of a 21 year embargo of trade to mainland China.
Apollo 14 splashed down in the Pacific after 9 days in space, including 33 hours on the moons surface.
The New York Times published the Pentagon Papers.
26th Amendment approved giving 18 year old the right to vote.
Cigarette advertising banned from TV.

Cost & Numbers, Then (1971) & Cost Now (2016)
Bread (1 pound): $0.24 $1.43
US Population (mil.): 205.4 322.1
New Home Cost: $25,400 $292,300
1st Class Stamp: $0.08 $0.49
Average Income: $10,516 $53,657
Milk (1 Gal.) $1.35 $3.28

The largest change was "The Average Cost of a Home", up over 1,000%, yet average income was up approximately 500%. These common items illustrate to me that we are paying more and getting less.

This link shows how much the USA is in Debt per person http://www.brillig.com/debt_clock/ which is approximately $61,392.24 each citizen's share of the total US Debt.

The History of the Debt of the USA is well documented and here is a link to Wikipedia https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_debt_of_the_United_States.

Understanding we are a Nation of Debt with a Credit Based Economy, I share this information in hopes of illustrating that regardless of who won the Presidential Election the future of the United States of America took decades to get as deep into debt as we are.

Sadly "Millennials" could be the generation that will have no choice but to face these facts and start to deal with the consequences of decades of living dangerously, and a long history of irresponsible spending coupled with poor policy. This data is real, and there is no way to "Sugarcoat It".

Can America ever be great again? I have no idea, just that I wanted to share these realities prior to the next 4 years of New leadership. Time and data will tell us what the Politicians most likely will not.
