I'm surprise everyone is having such bad experience with them. I've ordered many replacement parts from them...tail light, window regulator, fog light trim, etc. All the parts have been cheaper than anywhere else online, fast shipping, and fit perfectly. I have to admit I've never ordered any mechanical moving parts that belong under the hood or electrical components. I've only ordered external body parts. And everything has always been perfect fit and good quality. I've also never had a reason to call customer service so I can't comment on that. My advice would be don't order any parts from them until you're actually sure that's the part you need.

Sent the wrong part. I contacted them on their website and they (allegedly) opened a support ticket. More than a week later absolutely no contact from the company. In reading other reviews, it would see this is status quo for Parts Geek.

I asked for an RMA number more than a month ago for a wrong part that I received due to a double listing and wrong stock photos their only reply was telling me to read descriptions and fine print like it was my fault they had stock photos backwards and a double listing and like it's my job to set up products on their website correctly. The only way to get a hold of there customer service is through a mutilated support ticket system. Terrible, will not be buying from again.

They cancelled my order without telling me, and when I submitted a ticket, they said I could not order anything because I've never ordered anything from them before and they had previous issues with my credit card company, (mastercard) and proceeded to ban my account and card on the site. I ordered a radiator with all of my correct information, that was it. Don't bother calling either, nobody picks up ever. I went to Auto Parts Warehouse and got the same part for the same price with a coupon instead.

They will steal your money, and then not answer your call, or their "Ticket" system. I bought a control arm for my car, but found out I didn't need it. So I return the part expecting to get my money back easily. I submitted a Ticket, but then they started acting like if they couldn't find the part in their warehouse. They asked for the "Tracking Number", I sent it, but then I received another email acting like if there was a problem. Don't ever buy anything from these thiefs. It was a misley $100 dollar part. So imagine if you buy something more expensive?......It's been more then 4 months, and they still don't pick up the phone, or attend the problem. Is as easy as giving me back the money I paid them. Be careful with Parts Geek. They some thiefs.

First off they mis-represented the part they sold me,then they wouldn't pay for return shipping when the fault was on THEIR side.They are HORRIBLE at answering the phone! Ive never had a company INTENTIONALLY hang up on me so many times.Ive been on the phone for more then 5 hours just to get a question answered and STILL have yet to get an answer from them! They are glad to answer when i wanted a purchase but when I want to know when i will get a refund, NO ANSWER!!! They are money grubbing CROOKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Called their main contact number. Listened to some awful rock music for over ten minutes. Eventually, ladies recording came on and says "Thank you for calling" then ended the call. They force you to submit your personal information on their webpage and then you still will not hear back for 24-48hrs. I manage a used luxury car dealership by the way. They just missed out on a potential repeat customer.

Has gone bad auto answer hangs up on you stall refunds until you give up want to email everything just endless loop. DO NOT DO IT!
