Keep Sickness Away

Life tends to get busy and hectic at times. More often than not, we forget to take care of ourselves. Failing to neglect your health right now will cause you more problems in the long run. Keep sickness away by:

- Sleeping. Give your body time to recharge by getting at least 7-9 hours of sleep every night.

- Finding different ways to de-stress.

- Consuming healthy, nutritious snacks and meals. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.

- Washing your hands frequently

- Exercising on a daily basis

- Maintaining your hygiene

- Spending quality time with your friends and family.
