Best dinner on our trip so far. Four adults and two kids (5) (1). They even gave the kids small stuffed animals at the end of our meal.

This was the last night of our get away. So far we were pretty disappointed with the food at the local suggested Wharf restaurants, so this was a surprise and happy closure to our vacation. I had shrimp scampi and my boyfriend ordered filet mignon. We ordered a Baileys and coffee and a Gewürztraminer. Both cocktails were good. The bread was prefabricated rolls, hot and real butter. No soup or salad is included. The shrimp scampi was hot with little or no seasoning (don't even think there was garlic). My boyfriend received a New York which had Mushrooms and Onions on top. He had ordered the Filet medium well...the New York arrived medium rare. The waitress did offer to make the order right but we had waited a half hour for the food so she took the steak back for more cooking. The zucchini carrots and beans were fresh, the day old baked potato fries were good and the wild rice was cooked perfectly. A bit pricey (80.00) for the two of us. Why cant Fort Bragg get a good chef that can make fresh food and fresh seafood since the town is, by the way, located on the seashore?

Old fashioned. Quality meats. Reasonably priced. Good local wine list. Great spot for a quiet well prepared dinner.

The calamari steak was excellent. A neat little place, even if the name isn't very creative. If you're passing through Fort Bragg (CA) and looking for good food, look no further.

Pricy food and impatient servers! Not worth it! With the same price, $25 for a dish, you can get much better food and service any where else.

We went to this restaurant for dinner during our stay in Fort Bragg. The food and service is excellent at this place. The owner is not only an excellent chief, but also an amazing painter. Inside the restaurant there are lots of nice paintings. Overall, we had a great experience and I would highly recommend this place.
