I have been here twice (for tires once in 2004 and again in 2012) and have never had a problem. I think because I come across as knowing a thing or two about cars and tires that I have never been up-sold on services or products that i didn't need or maybe because I walk in knowing exactly what I want/need after doing a bunch of research. I haven't had bad service at this location but also never have been here for emergency repairs/oil changes. There are better places for that I have been going to for years. I do agree that sometimes they take their time working on the cars in the shop and i always plan to be without my car for the day when i take it to (any shop) not just Sears.
