The rooms were roomy. Unfortunately, the service was generally terrible. The staff wasn't rude, but they were undertrained and the policies were ridiculous. For example, I was charged at least twice for the resort fee. Also, the pool hours were also unvelievable—closing at 8pm (another PS hotel pool closes at 2am). Scammy management, as far as I can tell. I certainly wouldn't stay there again.

Awesome place! Great decor! I haven't stayed in the rooms yes but I've been on premise for several events. Staff has been super nice! My only gripe is no self parking, however, I've never had to wait long for valet!

This is not the place to stay for the right Palm Springs experience. The pool is blah, and the vibe is cold. Go at night instead and try to grab a couch in the lobby before the bar fills up

Great Customer Service. Rockin' atmosphere. The drinks were strong and the decor was kickin'.

Creative decor, pleasant staff, fun experience. However, hotels should be spotless and in good repair. This one was not. Crumbs in a couple places. Bathroom floor not completely dried. Peeling wallpaper in one place. Chipped surfaces and paint on door frames, furniture. Turning to their business model: Whatever the reason for their stricture against bringing your own libations and food on premises, it should not be to conceal extra costs into staying at their hotel. But, this is apparently part of their business model, and it is distasteful. The cost of the items available in the rooms was ridiculously high. They also conceal another cost within their pricing structure. In this instance it allows them to gain more attention from potential customers by having a supposedly lower price when said customers are browsing the Internet for competitive room rates. Something they call a 'resort fee'. I mention it only as part of their apparent strategy to conceal costs. Businesses should seek to be straightforward with their costs. I find it tiring to always have to be on my guard for this type of business behavior. Instead, I let it happen and then I warn people in reviews on the Internet. And give deservedly lower scores. Apologize for lack of paragraphs, Google edits them out. Weird.

ELVIS PRESLEY GUN RECEIPTS Cool hotel that is centrally located in Palm Springs by downtown. Lots of music memorabilia and great lounge with pool table. Awesome events at the pool area during the summer. Cheapest rates are Sunday to Thursday.

BB's Halloween party at the Hard Rock PS! What else is there to say? Rooms are modern, stylish, and spacious, staff is professional, the whole hotel is open and fun. Musical artifacts scattered everywhere, history for the young and young at heart to enjoy. Will be back again!

Absaloutley horrendous expierence! We checked in for two nights to enjoy our honeymoon. We had high hopes considering all the great things we had heard about Palm Springs but this place left us disgusted and dissapointed. Our sink was clogged and the bathroom amenities had been used!!! We noticed this when my husband tried taking a shower the next morning and the shower gel bottle was already half used! Best of all we found a small amount of dry blood on the back of the bathroom door. The hallways literally wrecked of what smelled like weed and feet. We bought this to the mangers attention and she was anything but sympathetic. She said she would refund the resort fee. Gee thanks. Not once did she offer us a room change. So needless to say we checked out a day early and headed back home to Las Vegas where hotels understand the importance of customer service and cleanliness. This experience has sadly ruined any hopes of staying at other Hard Rock hotels, which is dissapointing because it's a Hotel we once used to enjoy.
