WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! It sucked the food was inedible I sent my back. it took them almost 20 mintues to get the food in the first place i was not going to let them replace it with another crappy item. The service was extremely slow. The salad was blah and they served mashed potatoes as a side to the eggplant parmigiana. The food was not cheap it should have been better. They do not have a chef. I think they just kept the guy that was making tacos at the to go window and promoted him to COOK. The bread they served was some kind of sliced whole wheat sandwich bread yuk. The eggplant parmigiana was soggey and gross and I think they put chedder cheese on the top.

Was thrown off by the exterior because it looks like a run down place but was still willing to try it. Once we got inside I was surprised by how nice it was. We ordered our meal and I said that I did not want any shrimp of my dish. I even said the words just the pasta and sauce. When the dish was brought out it had shrimp on it and I said nicely "I ordered this with out shrimp". They took it back and I could hear the waitress telling the cook that I hadn't said that I didn't want shrimp on my pasta. She kept repeating it basically calling me a liar to the cook. Keep in mind that this is a small restaurant and we could hear every word that they were saying while we sat at our table. They then brought out my pasta which I will say it was decent but not worth the amount they charged. We continued to be nice to wait staff but when the waitress filled up our water glasses I thanked her and she was silent and looked away in annoyance. Due to this horrible service my husband and I quickly finished up our dinner, paid and left. Normally I would it another try because the food way pretty good but we will never go back because of the horrible service.

While it's strip mall location may give you pause, I guarantee this is the best food you are likely to eat for less than $20/person in Dallas. The place is cozy and quiet, and everything we had was delicious, starting with the complimentary bruschetta. The fried mozzarella is the best I've ever had, and the chicken parmesan was unbelievably tender and tasty. The presentation of every dish was excellent, and so was the service. It also appears to be a great place to have a bottle of wine, though we didn't have any. Seriously, try it and you won't regret it.
