Our wine list has a particular focus on natural winemakers. Natural winemaking involves using indigenous yeasts, minimal (if any) chemicals & little technological intervention. Many of these wines are organic, biodynamic & have been picked personally by the owners who have visited the vineyards. Our wines have a story, if you'll just take a moment to listen...

We've opened quite a treasure this week. The 2002 Radikon Merlot is all caramel, honey & lively spice followed by a palate of smokey chocolate, cherries, underbrush & vanilla. The 2002 was his first vinification without sulfites & it's worth noting that the hand harvested yields are kept below 2.2 tons/acre. It's an incredibly special wine & we're offering it by the glass. We all deserve a treat once in a while...
