Finances: Do you always pay full price for everything? If you’re savvy and bold enough you can negotiate prices almost everywhere and for almost anything you plan to purchase or for services required.
I stumbled across this website that has some good tips for beginners. Of course you won’t be able to always negotiate the price of things but if you can learn some tips and save a few dollars wouldn’t it be worth it!
Final note: My Dad taught me this by his example growing up and I am still amazed when I see him utilize his skills…even at fast food restaurants! I have learned not to be embarrassed, all they can say is no but you won’t know until you try! Keep your hard earned money in your own pocket! Give it a try. I would love to hear your stories on money you saved with your negotiating skills.
Check out these tips by Baker.

Did you know June 5th is Attitude Day? Perhaps it would be better called Attitude Adjustment Day, as the holiday offers an opportunity for folks to change their mental channels and improve their outlooks. British statesman Winston Churchill once said, "Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference."
People with a positive attitude live longer, happier, healthier, more successful lives!
Are you a source of positive energy to those around you?

Credit 101:  A lot of people think having zero credit cards is the best way to go however having a credit cards but managing it responsibly is a good way to help build and keep your credit score higher. It is a good rule of thumb to keep your balance at 30% of the credit limit or less. It is also a good idea to keep a rolling balance on the card so you can show you can make payments on time and use your credit wisely. Set reminders if you are afraid you will forget. Most credit card companies will actually send you an email or text to remind you that your payment is due soon. You can also make the payment earlier to save on interest charges.
Remember someone with no credit cards tends to be a higher risk than someone who has proven they can use their cards responsibly.  Mortgage Lenders prefer to see accounts that have been established with no late payments for at least 12 months.

Today is Military Spouse Day! Thank you for your significant contributions, support and sacrifices made each day by the spouses of our armed forces. You are our heroes on the home front who maintain your family unit for months at a time while your troop member is defending our country abroad. These members of our communities deserve our support, appreciation and, most of all, our thanks. (also thanks to Moody AF for Pic)

Help please, I am new to Google+ and not sure if I should be using Google+ more under my personal name or under the business name? I mostly started Google + to get my business name out there more but now that I have a Google+ account I am finding all kinds of fascinating people, stories and tips so is it better to stick with my personal account or continue with my business name so it does double duty? Does it matter?  Any advice is appreciated!
Thanks,
