Have you consider fisheye lenses? Some loves them, some hates them, some just don't know how to use them and what to expect. If you want to know more about fisheye photography, my article on this just got published on Expert Photography. Hope you enjoy it

Scusate l'inglese ma da telefono riscrivere tutto non mi ispira. Comunque: 1 flash nudo, un amico che si crede un samurai e rim light. Spero vi piaccia.
Got back playing with flash and people. Actually, one bare flashgun and a friend of mine doing a samurai thing whit his katana. For this shot I went with rim light.
Curious about the shot? Here the backstage

Sunday theme: The Darkness
Hello there, if my previous post marked the beginning of my photographic journey to the star, this one is shown my first step forward. Again this is the Great Orion Nebula, same as my previous post. This time the lens was a 40 yrs old Olympus Zuiko OM 200 f/4, just bought second hand. This time I used the Skywatcher Star Adventurer tracking mount instead of a fix tripod. This way, despite was my first time with a tracking mount, instead of stacking photos of 3.2" at ISO 20 000 f/4, I could follow the stars for 30" at ISO 1600 and f/5.6. Instead of playing around with only Lightroom and Photoshop I thrown in the mix an editing software specific to astrophotography and used them together. This time colours are more scientifically accurate (e.g., green is Oxygen in a particular excited state). Oh and the logo is new.
I really hope you like it and that more Astro photos of different subjects will coming soon (stupid clouds...). Sorry for the long post.
