I went in to Pearson, Butler and Carson after dealing with so much with my ex and his family and after a previous court battle where my "representation " didn't represent me even a little. Not only that, but I had had several meetings with various attorneys concerning this matter. Kyle Adams, Kevin Kemp and even Katelyn Barton showed such professionalism from the word go. From the very first draft of the first legal document I could tell I was actually being heard. Their compassion and courtesy was almost too good to be true. They were fast, efficient soft spoken and yet could keep me focused, and they remained focused, even while dealing with an emotional client. You never want to have to hire legal help, but I will forever be recommending these people to anyone who will even listen.

I was terrified to begin the divorce process but I knew that is was something I had to do. Since I didn’t know the legal system I was incredibly intimidated. I am so grateful that I found Ryan Gregerson. Right from the beginning he made me feel at ease and he didn’t treat me like a faceless client but as a friend. He took my case personally and helped me emotionally as well as legally through the process. I think anyone would be hard pressed to find an attorney that cares as much as Ryan about their clients. He is a consummate professional and gets the job done but with the compassion and emotional sensitivity that few attorneys have. I was pleased with the results and even after my divorce was finalized Ryan has checked up on me which is proof of how much he cares about his clients.

Ryan, one of the partners, represented my wife and literally did nothing. 2 years later she is still paying here dishonest ex husband because Ryan didn't want to represent my wife so he gave up and pawned her off. I cannot believe that is the companies normal client policy?

As a physician specializing in auto accident injury recovery, I can say Mr. Kober does a great job helping his clients work through the insurance quagmire. He knows how to skillfully protect his clients while maintaining quality communication with the physicians serving to help his clients recover after a motor vehicle collision. It is a delicate balance few attorneys posses.

Jeff Butler and his legal partners at Pearson Butler have been terrific to work with. They put my mind at ease with their expertise and they have such an easy going attitude without pressure. I can count on them to help me with any of my legal needs.

I initially hired Jenna Hatch, an attorney at Pearson Butler, to represent me for my custody/divorce case. I figured out too late that she was out to make the most amount of money for the least amount of work. She was very slow to submit documentation to the court when my ex ran away with my daughter, which added an additional 5 days before I was able to get my daughter back - which was absolutely heart-wrenching. She also failed to submit several important documents to the court which hindered the case significantly. And even though she knew how dire my situation was, she withdrew the second I was no longer able to keep up with her unreasonable $2500+ per month demands. She had no compassion or understanding. I've since hired a far better attorney and the difference is night and day. Unless you're willing to fork over thousands of dollars a month for minimal, terrible representation, stay far, far away.

Jeff Butler is an awesome attorney. I went in for a simple Attorney assist call that should have only taken a few minutes. The call went on for a long period of time way longer then expected. He was very patient and professional... Awesome guy!! I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks Jeff!!
