I'm not sure where to begin. For the past week, I have been having at least 8 disconnections A DAY (of course not counting those when I'm asleep). Not only that, when I do have internet, it's less than HALF the speed I pay for. This is a problem I have been getting EVERY MONTH. But this month, you really deserve a prize for worse internet provider on earth. I have called customer service, I called and complained to your ADSL "administration" (who were rude, and refused to help me beyond sending an email, TWICE, even though the first time achieved NOTHING), I called your engineers. I have had enough of you Orange and the Sh*t you give your customers. NO ONE is willing to help. I have lodged AT LEAST 10 complaints in the 1.5 years I've been with you, and not A SINGLE TIME has anyone called me back, or offered any sort of explanation. When I call to ask what's going on with my line, they try to make it sound like it's my fault (how dear Orange? how??) instead of telling me what's going on with my line. And even when they can see that I'm having a problem with disconnections, they just hum and puff on the phone rather than help. You tell me I need 72 hours for a technician call back. What you don't seem to understand, is that it's not good enough. It's not good enough, when I have to work online and my company consider firing me because my connection is unstable and I keep disappearing from team meetings. I pay 45JD a month, a month, what an absolute joke, for a service that doesn't exist. You have disappointed me, time after time after time, and I am sick and tired of explaining to you my problems and having no one help. I am looking forward to the day I leave your internet service and telling everyone I know never to sign up with you. You offer me to help, explanation, compensation, APOLOGY even, nothing. You are liars, telling me that I can get speeds of up to 8mg and then telling me, month after month for the past 6 months, that my recurring problem is fixed. The only thing that's fixed is my mind to leave and never, ever, EVER give you any of my money EVER AGAIN.
