SFM Consulting is owned and run by Sarah Matthews. She helps owners and managers of small and medium sized businesses to get to the root of what needs doing to grow their business - either in turnover, profitability or both.
She works with them to:
- develop a growth strategy;
- translate the strategy into an understandable and workable plan;
- explore what resources and operational changes are needed to deliver the plan;
- plan how and when to implement and what reviews and safeguards are needed in case reality is different from the plan.
Sarah’s ability to identify and prioritise what really needs doing and making it happen, whilst still keeping an eye on the day-to-day demands of the business, has been developed and proven over 15 years in operational management within SMEs.
