I went there yesterday Dec. 27 at 4pm and my voucher had no restrictions except DINE-IN ONLY. I didn't mind dine-in. It did NOT say I can't use it Sunday. The place wasted my time I called at 10am in the morning that day asked what are there hours the guy over the phone said noon-5pm. I told BIA the owner I can sit and eat there she said last seating at 4pm so I can't and she said my LIVING SOCIAL GROUPON is only valid DINNER ONLY. I told he I will order more than the voucher she said no. I wasted a tank of gas. The voucher is only good when they want. There was people that came in after me and she waited until I left to seat them. It's was really dumb. So did I eat there NO. There was nothing on the voucher that said NO SUNDAYS. Nothing. I myself have used groupon and living social for my salon and do let people know on the voucher valid only Sunday-Thursdays. I know groupon and Living social only gives owners like 65% of what that person paid. So I always offer to buy more than the voucher because it helps out the owner. But this owner SUCKED so don't waste your gas if you get a deal on line like groupon or living social please save your gas and money. Let this place not take any of your money it's not worth it. They make rules when you can use them. I don't ever like that. I have no respect for the business due to the owner being very uneducated.

Went here with spanish class on field trip, was able to order in Spanish. Arroz con pollo was amazing, the gentlemen who took our order was very nice and courteous( I am sorry I don't remember your name). I think manager? Anyways, great food, will definitely be back, FLAN was amazing!!!!!! Strongly recommend this place:)

Unfortunate meal for us this time. The salmon was tasty, but everything else was lacking.. including the Cuban Sandwich, fried plantain, and fried sweet potato. My SO loves all that stuff usually, but not not from Andrés. The service was also lacking. No smiles. They seemed to not want to interact at all. The salmon was fine, but we will not be back.

There wasn't anything spectacularly wrong with our meal, it was just a sum of a lot of minor things. Firstly, the place was understaffed, they were out of several food items including entrees our group ordered, and worse yet, they didn't tell us until everyone else's food had been being cooked for something like fifteen minutes, so the meals were served in a staggered way. Then the green salad served was awful, the vinegrette they used was cheap and oily, the garlic bread was was just oil and minced garlic haphazardly dumped over what seemed like a cut up grocery store baguette. You could make the same at home by upturning a jar of minced garlic onto a loaf of bread. The menu was unclear and there were several items that SOUNDED different, but two people ordered and they looked and tasted identical with the exception of the onions that topped them (one had raw onions, one had cooked onions. Who would EVER want raw onions on their steak? The menu doesn't make it clear they're raw, either.) Overall, the food and service left a fair bit to be desired. Skip it.

Delicious, authentic Cuban food. Try the Chicken a la Plancha, the tostones, the maduros, the Picadillo, Cafe Cubano, Jupiña soda for the kids, amazing garlic bread, rice, black beans, the yucca con mojo, and stop off at their latin market for a little guava paste for dessert! Amazing all around!!

Service was terrible. Food was bland. Waitress only appeared to bring food and would stay talking and joking with coworker. When she finally came, I asked for refill, got water. When she brought the check, they had charged us for something we didn't order. Came back and said the two things were the same, just different price, and charged for something more expensive than the first two original things. Never going back and will not recommend.

This Cuban restaurant seems pretty authentic. The food is very tasty, but the only complaint I would have is that most of their plates are a bit on the "oily" side. If you don't mind it though, the food is very flavorful. I would recommend the "ropa vieja". They also have a store next door so if you'd like to explore some Hispanic ingredients/ products you should stop by before/after your meal.
