I the midst of a $30k back deck renovation. Paid the deposit of $15k three months ago, and still no where near being complete. Job site each night is left unsecured with 4' drop offs and nails protruding upwards...which is extremely concerning considering we have two children under 4 yr, 1 dog and 2 cats. Very unhappy with timeliness, workmanship and communication. I would advise anyone else to look elsewhere for another contractor.

We interviewed several pool/landscape companies and decided on Complete. Best decision ever! Flawless process from beginning to end. Every question or step of construction was answered and addressed immediately with expert professionalism. The importance of customer service at Complete is apparent in every communication exchange. The client/professional relationship exceeded our expectations and the pool and landscaping are perfection!! Matt Myers and Dan Hall are the best team around!

I've worked with many different contractors in the past before and Complete Landsculpture just knows how to bring it. They were recommended to me by a good friend so I decided to give them a shot. I needed to build a deck and really wanted something nice. They send one of their design/engineers over to give me a detailed line by line estimate on what it would take to build it. I knew in the first 5 minutes that these guys know what they were doing. No shortcuts were taken and their crew was very professional. If you are doing something in your backyard these guys are the ones to call!

Thank you to Matt Myers and his crews for doing such a GREAT job on our landscaping! Our front and backyards look better than my husband and I could have imagined. You kept us informed through the whole process and it was completed a lot quicker than I would have thought. Now we are just ready for the good weather so we can have our friends and family over to enjoy our new updates!

Worst experience I have had with landscapers. They over promise, over charge, don't follow up, don't correct mistakes, and simply are over hyped for poor, poor service. I was promised corrective action months ago and still have heard nothing. Get another bid and be careful. See write up on Angie's List.

Overall these people started out great and have ruined a good relationship. I have spent over 30k dollars with them and followup correcting issues has been awful. The original design and install went great but after I paid them they have no interest in correcting problems without me calling multiple times a week.

These guys lost their best employee, Mike Freeman, who moved to Oklahoma last year. Their quality used to match their high prices. Not anymore. They came out last fall to replace the annual plants. It took 4 trips to get everything right including two trips to repair the landscape lighting. Charged me for 15 hours of tree trimming I didn't authorize let alone get anywhere near 15 hours worth of work. Finally got a supervisor to come visit since sales guy wouldn't return my calls. He promised to remove two trees for free to make it up to us. Guess what? Never heard from him since. I am leaving daily messages on his office and work phones now. Pity when a good company turns to crap. March 2013 UPDATE: Matter was finally raised to the owner, Gene Freeman, at Complete Landsculputure. He telephoned me personally, apologized profusely and asked what could be done to correct the matter. He arranged for his crew to come remove the trees as previously committed. They showed up on time, cut down the tree and stacked the cut wood in fireplace lengths in our firewood rack. The yard was spotless afterwards and the stump was cut down to 1/4" above the ground! Gene followed up afterwards and assured me they were making improvements in his customer facing team members. You can't ask for more than that.
