Love this place. The staff is very friendly and social, service is awesome, atmosphere is relaxed. They have the best side of kale! Even if someone does not like kale, they would eat it up! The vegan reuban was perfect. The portions are good sized for a very reasonable price. I like the idea that one of the waitresses makes the raw vegan chocolates~ they were a nice treat!

I love The Wild Cow. I have yet to have a negative experience. The food is scrumptious. Now that I have moved away, it is a "must-have" when I am in the area. I can't wait to indulge on my next trip! Love the people, too.

Highly recommend the taco sampler, a fair amount of food but so worth it. The hummus (bean and mushroom?) was the best hummus I'd ever had. The mushroom couscous bowl was OK. Drinks were great (ciders), service was great, atmosphere -- great!

Didn't think I would like a vegetarian place, but it's wonderful. The flavors are amazing and the service is great. I just with the place was a bit bigger as there is often a short wait.

The Wild Cow is one of my favorite restaurants in Nashville to visit. The food is very good and the customer service is excellent. Dimitri is an excellent waiter and Kali is an excellent manager. All of the workers are excellent.

Wild Cow is one of the best vegan/vegetarian restaurants in Nashville. Their food doesn't taste "vegan." As in, a lot of people relate vegan food as bland or "weird tasting." It's not. Not here at least! :) They have dishes packed with flavor! Some of my favorites or the Chipotle Seitan Burrito (add vegan queso) and their Buffalo Beans & Greens (<---holy crap that stuff is goooooood and has a nice little kick to it). One of their most popular menu items is their Sweet Potato Tacos...those are delicious, too. We're thankful to have this gem in East Nashville! Oh, and the staff is super sweet too!

I am over a week into my Vegan transformation and the Wild Cow did not disappoint. From the awesome waitress with aspirations of opening her own Vegan bakery to the "Chicken" Buffalo Sandwich..all around awesome experience. I am stopping by for take out right now!

I'm not a vegetarian. In fact, I love a seared, juicy ribeye whenever I get the chance. However, the Wild Cow has amazing food that makes you welcome the cow apocalypse knowing that all of their delicious food doesn't come from an animal. Personally, I'm hooked and I'm glad I went out on a limb to give it a try.
