Thank you for your review as we appreciate feedback both positive and negative.  This is how we improve our business!

Having said the above, I happened to witness one of your inquiries to our office recently and your comments below are far from accurate. Part of the challenge of our business is the education of how our technology and service works.  

The delivery of broadband (internet) through Microwave technology requires, in most cases, direct line-of-sight from your home to our nearest Microwave tower in order for Skywerx to deliver quality service that we expect and more importantly, you expect.

You happen to live in a location that does not have direct line-of-sight to our nearest tower.  Further, we understand that you may live close to homes that do have direct line-of-sight and how frustrating it might be that you are not able to receive the service.  You live in a very complicated area surrounded by many trees and undulation.

Would you rather have us promise to deliver service which may result in poor quality?  I fear if we did, similar reviews would be found here. Sometimes taking the high road and doing what is right results in misunderstanding.

As to your accusation that you were lied to, this is completely false and unnecessary.   The above explanation was provided to you on your last call.

As we speak, Skywerx is putting in new infrastructure in Forest Lakes which, today, is a grossly underserved community.  We are making our own investment in your community to deliver quality products and services that would meet the expectations of any community.
