Abysmal service and food quality. Lettuce was rotten, burger was not cooked to order, slaw was just chopped iceberg and carrots with zero dressing. Manager and server response to errors was the most pathetic attempt at empathy I've ever seen. Problems not rectified; completely dissatisfied.

My spaghetti did not have enough meat sauce. Had to leave most of it on the plate. One of us ordered a sandwich which arrived burnt. By the time the replacement arrived wr were ready to leave. None of the 13 in our party was wowed.

I've given this place two chances and both times I was disappointed. They messed up our orders both times and the food wasn't even that good, especially for the price we were paying. The beer's good, though...but not enough to keep me coming back.

I went to BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse yesterday for the first time to celebrate my birthday, and all I can say is that the cuisine is excellent! My table had Crispy Potato Skins topped with cheese, bacon and onion with ranch and sour cream on the side and Chicken Pot stickers with soy ginger sauce on the side as appetizers. As for the main course we had their new Chicken Bacon Ranch medium-sized deep-dish pizza that was topped with fresh tomatoes. The Scampi Pasta with shrimp came along with the Tuscan Tomato Bisque inside a sourdough bread bowl. My family members gave me a sample of their dishes and the food was very good, it was cooked through to perfection and I was full before the meal was over. I also ordered a Pomegranate Margarita, which I'm sure is good to some people, but I didn't like it since I don't drink. I got it to taste since I had never had alcohol. I felt inspired after I ate at BJ's. Their food made me feel great! It made me feel as though I could achieve all my dreams. The service was great, and our host was courteous and knew the menu. I think everyone should go there.

Our waitress Stacey was GREAT!!! She was very personal and she made sure we enjoyed not only our food, but our visit as well. The food was excellent as well.

This place is definitely for the younger crowd - very noisy, brash, poor service, medi-okra food... Take your children and your ear plugs...and low expectations.
