Be smart - use a template!
As soon as you have more than 3-4 slides in a presentation, you will benefit from creating and using a template – even if you are not creating a corporate template to be used by multiple users. Spending time on a template will actually save you time.

The main reasons you need a template even for your SlideShare presentation:
- You can change your fonts easily if you want to go from a more strict feeling to something more fun – and you can quickly try out different font combos.
- You can change the whole color theme with one click. Maybe those blues you choose initially actually feels too… blue? One click and you’ve have a new set of colors.
- You can change your mind about your layouts and quickly multi-edit several slides at the same time.

How sad and frustrating... The ONLY toy Princess Leia you can get at #Target is one of her in the slave outfit... Now, #StarWars isn't known for a lot of female characters - but at least there is one - and then #Hasbro thinks that the slave outfit is the most significant for her to wear? The doll even comes with the chain around her neck. I don't care if she fought Jabba the Hutt in that outfit, I don't care how significant that part might be of the StarWars saga...  Can we get a Princess #Leia dressed as a great pilot thank you very much! #fail

We have created a guide of 74 font combos based on 25 fonts safe fonts to use in PowerPoint. The combo guide displays the different font combos in the same way, using the same font sizes and wording on mock-up slides. If you use any of these combos for your next presentation - you will know for sure it will open correctly.

Is there a way to protect your kids on Google+? Set up photo backup for 10-year old from Android phone and now she has a profile on Google+... Drives me crazy that I can't seem to remove it - unless I remove the account... If she wants a photo do do Hangouts - it's going to be public... Gaah..
