Why is Pokemon Go! so Freakin' Cosmopolitan?
While appreciate the way that games like Ingress and Pokemon Go! encourage people to get out of their homes, away from their game consoles, into the streets... I also find it profoundly disturbing how cosmopolitan this phenomenon is. Of course, I understand...

Thoughts on Typescript and HL7 FHIR - I recently discovered that there is a d.ts (that's a Typescript model type definition file) for HL7 FHIR DSTU2. That's huge, it means I can use the standard easily, out of the box, in Visual Studio with Javascript.

Dr. Watson's coming to retail health in the form of an alliance between CVS and IBM's Watson. Read my take on how this could disrupt the patient-doctor relationship -- in a good way. http://healthpopuli.com/2015/08/03/dr-watson-comes-to-retail-health/
