This is terrifying. You go to a peaceful protest, stand in the appropriate, designated public space with your sign, chant some slogans. You don't block traffic. All legal, all constitutional. Somebody else breaks a window? You're now criminally liable and can have your assets seized.

You heard that right, kids. There's now a state when exercising your First Amendment right to assembly comes with racketeering charges based on someone else's behavior
