The peaches are perfect right now so I combined one of my favorite breakfast foods (waffles) with one of my favorite desserts (fruit crisp) to create this yummy seasonal dessert. It’s nothing more than a traditional peach crisp on top of a slightly sweetened, gluten-free waffle. As this Peach Waffle Crisp bakes, the “crisp” topping ingredients combine with the peach juices and all of this deliciousness then seeps down into the waffle’s nooks and crannies.
