I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes; my doctor set up getting my meter, strips, and lancets with Mini Pharmacy. My first order came in overnight and I had no issues. I tried placing a refill order a few days before I ran out of strips, but the rep told me I had to wait until the exact date that my order ran out before they could send me a second order. I was grilled on how often I was testing, how many strips I received in my first order, etc. She was able to send me a few sample boxes of strips in case I ran out. My third order was supposedly sent out overnight but I did not get it. I had to call and ask where it was, I was told it would arrive the next day. For my last order; I called and placed an order that I assumed would arrive the next day just as my previous orders had arrived. I never had to ask for overnight delivery. I didn't get the order, so I called and the rep told me it was mailed regular mail and could take 3-5 days to arrive to me. She told me that processing determines how your order is mailed out unless you ask it to be overnight-ed. I wish I knew I had to request overnight delivery because I cannot wait 5 days for strips to come in, especially when I can only order on the date my previous order expired. I am not allowed to skip testing days per my doctor's orders. The rep also told me she has delivery confirmation it arrived to my box, however there was no note that I had a package waiting for me at the post office and it was not delivered at my door. She told me she would need to contact USPS to verify the delivery and then they can mail another order out. That is fine but they have no signature confirmation to verify someone signed for the package, the post man may have ended up setting it at someone else's door or putting it in someone else's box. Meanwhile I have 1 day left of strips to somehow get me through the next 2 days. I work as a call center manager for an online traffic school, and if I had any of the reps I have spoke with working with me, they would be getting their termination papers. I give this company 2 stars only because one rep was able to give me some sample boxes of strips, otherwise they would get 1 star. My advice: find a better company that has a better record of deliveries and has better customer service.

I absolutely love this spa. The staff is so nice and welcoming, and very attentive to your needs. I got a facial here, and it was one of the best facials I've gotten. The rooms are quiet and relaxing, and they play very relaxing music while they tend to you. Such a great experience, I highly recomend this place!

I had called and made an appointment two days prior for two facials, one for me and one for my sister. We got there 15 minutes early, and after we waited, they told us that the facial technician wasn't there. They had been trying to call her and she wasn't answering her phone. Why couldn't they have called me before I showed up? They asked if we could re-schedule, which a) I didn't feel like I should have to because I had made an appointment- I wasn't a walk-in, and b) this was my only day off. We decided we wanted massages instead, but the massage technician was booked up all day. We ended up getting pedicures instead of our $100 treatments. The pedicures were fine but the place was lousy, there was nothing relaxing about it. Their XM radio kept playing commercials and was really annoying, and instead of fixing it the receptionist kept talking on her cell phone or talked to another employee the whole hour and half we were there. Very unprofessional and not inviting. Not what a spa should be. I will not be going back to them ever again!
