These are genuine photos from a customer in Harrow who has purchased and laid our engineered oak flooring in their London home. It's a great write up because it shows how easy the boards are to clean and treat yourself so that you can create your own finish, the product in the picture is the 220mm Supreme engineered oak https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/supreme-engineered-oak-flooring-range-21mm-thick-220mm and the full customer feedback from our London client is here https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/customerfeedback/220mm-flooring-harrow-north-london

Some of our new speciliast flooring range, these are really for bespoke orders where you want a wooden floorboard that really stands out. They include kinetic black with a silver top layer and black in the grain and it really does make a statement, https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/product/kinetic-black-180mm-engineered-oak. There is also a board that is completely the opposite, full of knots and designed to offer the full rustic look and finish but with the benefit of being engineered so that it doesn't warp see https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/product/lundy-190mm-x-20mm-engineered-oak. We also have a brand new range that has a band sawn finish, this is a board that offers a fully textured surface, it will wear quickly if you want to replace an old board with something similar, great for commercial leisure premises for a specific look and feel, see https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/product/bandsawn-21mm.

The Country range of engineered oak floorboards are cut for a wider fit. This saves time with installation and also offers a cost effective solution if you are looking for a wide engineered oak board at a low price.  For more information on our Country range, please visit https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/180mm-wide-country-oak

The wider boards are great for fast fitting and come with a micro bevel on all edges and are tongue and grooved all around. The Country oak boards are 14mm thick with a 3mm thick single strip of solid oak that sits on a multi laminated plywood of 11mm. This provides superior stability in comparison with solid oak boards, it prevents warping and twisting as the ply base is a lot stronger than a pure solid wood board.

A few images from a new article just published by JFJ to help those that are researching what type of floor they should install in a new kitchen and why engineered oak boards are a good choice https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/kitchen-floors-explained

Modern kitchens require a flooring that is hard wearing and aesthetically complementing to the kitchen style. Our engineered oak flooring satisfies both criteria with the strength of a solid board backed by ply so that it doesn't warp and the beauty of a rich oak floor. Our kitchen floors explained article helps consumers make an educated choice!

Engineered walnut flooring from JFJ joinery in situation in a stunning London residence.
The engineered walnut floorboards are 21mm thick, 190mm wide and 1900mm long with a 6mm top layers of black american walnut. This sits above 10mm of hardwood ply undercore giving the engineered walnut floorboards improved strength over solid wood floors, this prevents warping and with a tongue and groove all around, they are simple to fit.

These images are of our JFJ Flooring boards at a residence after completion and show the real depth of colour as they are sanded and pre treated with a natural clear oil and can be laid directly on to joists. For more information, please visit our Walnut page  https://www.jfjwoodflooring.co.uk/engineered-walnut-flooring with more details on the flooring including free samples so that you can buy before you try.
