I am planning to run a 100k in Millau, france in September. I have ran several marathons, half marathons and 10k (3:08, 1:27 and 0:39 pbt). I am targeting to do the 100 k in under 11 hours. Can anybody say i f i am being to optimistic? I am currentlynrunning about 90k per week, so far doing btob long runs of 20 and 30 k which should gradually increase to 35 and 45. For speed i am only doing 15 k runs with 1.5 half marathn pace intervals and 15 k runs with a 5k marathon pace included. I am 45 and live in France.
