It depends on you. As you are listening to the recording, imagine your clock with the hands or the digits to be the time you want to wake up. Imagine you will wake up relaxed and refreshed when you open your eyes. And, if you don't quite feel confident that you'll wake up exactly when you want to, set an alarm. Then practice! You should get better with practice.
