但既然她看似平凡,想必要做的好吃就需要一番功夫,於是我就四處尋找食譜,直到前幾個星期在我最崇拜的大師 " foodwishes " 部落格中發現她的身影。就決定稍稍調整一下,買回了胡桃決定一試。出爐的成品不萊嗯相當滿意,有興趣可以參考試試囉!

這款歐式麵包雖然加了及少許的糖及少量油脂,但比起台式多油多糖的麵包還是輕盈許多,也真正能吃到麵包的麥香,特別是以番茄汁替代水及添加適量的陽光番茄果肉,讓咀嚼中多了些不同層次的香氣,算是一道頗有特色且口味大眾化的歐式麵包食譜。

採用完全不同的配方,是無鮮奶油的清爽版,準備起來也相對容易的多,所以今天就重新將這道甜點推薦給大家。在經過一天冷藏後,她已經成了不萊嗯飯後甜點,分量不多的小巧,我稱她為『幸福版提拉米蘇』
