My gf and I went there for our anniversary. She ordered the halibut and she bit into a small clam shell that was in there. She thought she cracked her tooth. We tell the waiter and they offer "us" free dessert. Nice right? Nope... we get the check and they charged us for 1 dessert. Food wasn't even that good and dessert wasn't good either. Don't waste your money.

I was most pleasantly surprised by my boyfriend on the 12th of February this year to celebrate an early Valentine since I was leaving town on the 13th. What an amazing place, and romantic, beautiful, solemn, it was so speacial!!! I will always treasure the service, the atmosphere the memory, the FOOD!!!

We had our wedding here on the July 4th, 2014 and it was amazing. We were told by everyone it was "The best wedding they had ever been to". The food was great the bar was great and the best part was the wedding coordinator Kristen who made sure our every wish no matter how small or big was taken care of. Thanks again.

A friend took me there for my Birthday, What a treat!!! I have been to many, many restaurants this place is magical is breathtaking a fancy restaurant in the middle of the forest what a beauty, and the bread was amazing, the food was very good but the chocolate pudding was out of this world I would highly recommend this restaurant specially if you want to go to a restaurant that you never expect to be inside the canyon amazing!!!

Every bite is a culinary delight; a spectacular display appealing to every pallet. Restaurant with umbrella shaded tables with white wrought iron padded seating graces the edge of a dry river bed, away from city noise. Come early before the heat overwhelms.

My favorite restaurant in all of L.A. Wonderfully prepared healthy food for all tastes and diets (vegan, vegetarian, paleo). Service is not great, but so what, they try hard and are really nice. The food and gorgeous location more than make up for it.

I really wanted to love this place. The food and atmosphere is very good, but the service was so bad. They need more staff. We went at 11:30AM and didn't leave until 1:30PM. 2 hours for lunch is a long time (and not to mention driving time to get there). We ordered right as soon as we sat down too. They didn't bring extra plates for appitizers for a very long time, forgot an entree, didn't refill waters, and then it took forever to get the check. They should change the name to Hotel California because you'll feel like you can never leave- my family never wants to come back, which is sad because it's one of the only places around that has raw vegan options. The poor waiter was swamped and was the only waiter on the floor, yet I overheard many times other staff asking him to help them set up for an event! They should have been helping him!

Other people told us it was very nice. The setting is intriguing with the trees around it and décor. For lunch there are definitely better choices. At that price level we thought the food was just fair, about on a level with places at 1/3 the cost. Service wasn't very good, either. I choked on the bill for a disappointing lunchtime.
